Michael Blum is a native Cincinnatian growing up in Montgomery area and a 2012 graduate of Moeller High School. He is a real estate agent and founding member of Palmer Blum Group LLC, a team with Coldwell Banker Realty. Michael has been in real estate for 3 1⁄2 years during which his past team sold 132 homes and of those he personally handled 62 totaling $18.6 million. Prior to entering the real estate field, Michael worked five years in the hospitality and nightlife industry becoming well versed in optimal customer experience, always willing to go the extra mile to meet their needs. He also owns and self-manages a few rental properties providing him additional experience in the real estate industry. Michael was a starting member of Moeller’s nationally ranked wrestling team where his self-discipline helped him excel and advance him to Northern Ohio’s Ashland University. He now gives back serving on the Moeller Wresting Program Board as Alumni Director. Michael strives to share the excitement he has for his community and its evolving culture with existing Cincinnatians and transplants. He understands the value of collaboration, communication, and keeping client’s best interests at heart.

Adam Palmer grew up in Cincinnati attending Indian Hill Schools in the graduating class of 2011. He is a realtor and founding member of the Palmer Blum Group at Coldwell Banker Realty. Adam is an award-winning realtor with 6 years in the industry. Prior to entering the industry, Adam worked in tech sales at Microsoft. In addition to working as a realtor, Adam sits on a Board at the Ronald McDonald House where he is the Director of Fundraising and Networking. Adam strives to use his experience to provide his clients with superior representation as well an exceptional client experience.
